Bicep - “Sink Shift def the one for us, will play for sure. Good wobble to it.”

Laurent Garnier – “Ohhh fuck YESSS!! THIS IS DEFINITELY FOR ME... Looove Babou!”

Sandrien – “It’s a huge YES from me for the Single Point Edge remix of Gomero!!”

Josh Wink - "Sink Shift is pumping but deep and sexy. Look forward to trying it out.”

Cinnaman – “On this new SoHaSo Sink Shift is sounding pretty good to me…”

Joris Voorn – “I like this... Especially the Single Point Edge remix which is spot on!”

Peter Kruder – “Far far out business here and I loooove it. Babou is fantastic with its chord changes and growling bassline. Gomero is also a winner. Top shelf stuff here!!!”

Chaos from order. Crooked lines. Wicked stabs. Presk is showing off his guts on this third instalment. With title track ‘Babou’ setting the mood for the rest of the EP. Raw music, encapsulated with big basslines and the occasional drop of melody. ‘Sink Shift’ keeps the groove going but pulls out the melody, focussing instead on tweaked out stabs going in all directions. On remix duties we have Single Point Edge and he’s taken the third original of the EP ‘Gomero’ and twisted and turned it into something that sounds like a blend of Four Tet on steroids and some of Presk’s earlier work. Followed by the original ‘Gomero’ it shows what beautiful contrasts can be reached within the context of one EP. Putting more focus on it’s infectious synth riff and big break halfway through the track, ‘Gomero’ proves itself worthy as a perfect closer.
